Dues Information

Annual Dues for the Falcon Estates Subdivision are $404.80   Invoices will be sent in January of every year.  If you have any questions, please use the contact us link or email us at falconestatessub@gmail.com

Our primary expense is landscaping for all of our common areas.  This includes spring clean up, bush & tree trimming throughout the year, and our weekly lawn cutting services.  This expense accounts for ~50% of our total annual dues collections.

 

We also utilize these funds to pay for the electrical bill for the various street lamps on Falcon Drive.

 

Beyond these items, our dues also go towards insurance premiums, water for lawn irrigation (when needed), replacement street signs/lamp posts upon damage, Annual Christmas lights, and many other smaller miscellaneous items.
